Policy Update and Travel Notice

Please note the following policy update.

Storage/Unclaimed Policy: After two weeks from date of shoe completion, if customer does not claim order or complete payment, items are sent to storage, fee of $5 a week. After four weeks from the date of shoe completion, if customer does not claim order or complete payment, items will be sold at our own discretion.

^ This update includes all current/completed orders as well as all future orders.
